FIAF Fair Use and Access Declaration

Presently, film archives around the world are agonized over the problem of not being able to legally exhibit their entire film collections, especially their films which have been donated to them. There is a proprosal, however, which aims to resolve this issue whereby FIAF takes the initiative to win the understanding of government and respective film industries of the world to allow FIAF affiliate film archives to freely exhibit their entire collection but only within their premises. This concept is the "FIAF Declaration on Fair Use and Access!".
