As far as activities during the 63rd FIAF Congress Tokyo 2007, the Fukuoka City Public Library Film Archive, as an Associate Affiliate of FIAF, presented a paper on the "PRESERVATION OF NARROW GAUGE FILMS IN JAPAN: A CASE STUDY OF 8MM FILMS" at the Symposium, and reported on a collaborative project with the National Film Center to restore Japan's first post-war feature animation, "THE PRINCESS OF BAGHDAD" which was exhibited at the Congress.
